The attention to detail at this countryside retreat was mind-blowing! From the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk, to the fluffy towels and well-equipped kitchen, everything was super cozy and welcoming. The underfloor heating in our barn was jaw-dropping, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or exploring the beautiful surroundings. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home on their working farm. Plus, the homemade soda bread was simply delicious! We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

So many activities nearby, but who has time for that when you can enjoy the cozy underfloor heating and complimentary WiFi in this charming barn conversion? Private parking and hiking also available. Great location.
All that walking and exploring is tiring, but luckily there's a garden for a relaxed BBQ. Oh wait, pets are allowed too.

The location is perfect for families who love hiking and exploring the beautiful countryside. We took long walks through the picturesque landscapes, enjoying the fresh air and stunning views. The nearby Cotswold Water Park offered a wide range of exciting activities, both on land and in the water, keeping our children entertained throughout our visit. It truly was an ideal destination for an adventurous family holiday.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the vacation home had a small play area or outdoor space specifically designed for children. While the spacious and comfortable accommodations were suitable for families, having a designated play area would have added an extra level of enjoyment for the little ones.

The 18th century barn conversion at this holiday home was a delightful surprise. It felt like stepping back in time, with all the modern comforts you could want.
Mud around the working farm made it a bit tricky to explore the animals with my granddaughter.

We had a blast exploring the beautiful hiking trails nearby. The adrenaline rush of trekking through the stunning countryside was next level. Plus, the fact that we only had to share the place with our friends was a major win. The DVD players in the guest accommodations also came in clutch for our late-night movie marathons. And let's not forget, being just 45 km away from Cotswold Water Park gave us endless opportunities for awesome water sports and land activities. Straight fire!
If there's one thing we could have asked for, it would have been a banging party scene. Don't get us wrong, The Warren - Ash Farm Cotswolds was amazing for chill vibes and exploring nature, but as young party-goers, we were craving some wild nightlife.

The hiking trails nearby were so epic, the views were insane! We also checked out Cotswold Water Park and it was like a freaking adventure playground. We did so much like kayaking, paddleboarding, and even some crazy land activities. The best part was that we had the whole place to ourselves and our squad. It was lit!
The only thing we would've loved is if there was a sick party room or a disco ball or something. I mean, the place was perfect for young people like us, but imagine if there was a party spot where we could turn up the volume and dance all night.

The Warren - Ash Farm Cotswolds was a lovely place for a senior woman like myself. The decoration had a charming and cozy feel, and the general areas were well-maintained and comfortable to relax in. I especially appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, making it convenient for me to navigate with ease.
I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing additional support for senior guests.

The location of the cottage is convenient, being just a short drive from the nearby town. Guests appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere of the cottage, with its well-equipped kitchen and extras like tea, coffee, and biscuits. the surrounding areas were also praised for their cleanliness and beauty.
The design of the cottage's large window, without a blind, resulted in a lack of privacy, as it overlooked the parking area and other apartments. Some guests also experienced issues with the internet-connected TV.

So much to do nearby, from adorable villages to fancy restaurants. The barn conversion is cozy with underfloor heating and I had complimentary WiFi, perfect for sharing all the fabulous pictures I took.
Who needs two bathrooms when you can have one + a toilet? And let's not forget the delightful symphony of squeaking bifold doors and barking dogs.
